I too a working shmoe came into a little inheritance something more than I was accustom to having but not much in the current world of inflation,deflated wages and inflated cost of living. I put an ad in the newspaper looking for land to buy and recieved a reply from a non profit commmunity and not a Commune. They were intending to make affordable property for folks to afford a home without the 30 yr. loan shark debt we refer to as mortgages. Sounded real nice and community well share with developed roads for an affordable price $3k per lot. If it sounds too good to believe it is true believe it because it is probably just that. Ten years later and 6 yrs of paying lawyers and still waiting to get to court, myself and 50 ? plus other suckers brought into a enron style scam. These retired professionals the principle core group have collaborated on acting in breech of contract,de-frauding,embezzeling funds and racketeering as they hide behind several 501 C non profit corporations and they have lied,lied,lied and conspired to harass us in order to intimidate us to leave and drop the law suit. They not only have the profile of organized criminals but also a cult organization representing themselves as spiritually superior. They prey upon the lesser fortunate i.e. disabled war veterans and upon the higher income people such as Doctor's and Attourney's to whom they look to pad their own pockets off of. Beware of this group who have interests in California,Colorado,Montana and New Mexico. One of their common cult lingo is suedo Native American jargon often referring to "being in good and beware of those in the darkness", something they should practice theirselves.
