Lately, I Have Notice Alot Of Dipset Custom Made Fitted Hats With The Claims To Be Authentic, Which I Strongly Doubt Because Those Are Limited Edition Hats Made Exclusively For Dipset/Diplomats/Byrd Gang/Duke The God. Now If You Choose To Purchase Them, Thats Okay With Me And The World. You Live And Learn. I'm Not Here To Tell You Who Have The Official Hats And Who Doesn't I'm Not Using This As A Key To A Marketing Strategy Or Anything Like That. Recently I Discovered Someone Using My Pictures To Sell A Item With Out My Consent, Now I See That Happen Often On Ebay To A Lot Of Sellers But I Didn't Really Take It In Heed Like That, But To See You Picture Listed 24 Times It Was Very Disturbing. I Asked My Self Why Would Someone Us My Pictures? I Know I Take Wonderful Pictures! But I Guess They Items May Not Be Authenic And When I Replied To This Seller He Said, "Don't Play With Me, I Will Seller Every Hat For $5 Dollars"...WhhhhOaa. When I Called Up My Private Wholesaler And The Company That Makes The Hats, They Told Me No Way!!!! Those Hats Are Fake.

SO I ASKED MY SELF IS THAT ILLEGAL? IS THERE A  WAY I CAN CONTACT EBAY AND TAKE ACTION? IS THERE A WAY I CAN AVOID THIS IN THE FUTURE? CAN THE SELLER LOSE RIGHTS? YESSSSSSSS!, LET ME EXPLAIN DEEPER!

1.SO I ASKED MY SELF WAS TAKING ANOTHER PERSON PICTURE ILLEGAL?

Yes, using a sellers picture without there consent is an illegal activity. A seller uses someone else's picture and includes it in a listing, since it looks very similar to the item the seller is offering.(stated by Ebay)Item Description and Picture Theft.

2. IS THERE A WAY I CAN CONTACT EBAY?

Yes, There is a way you can contact Ebay for many concerns, especially if you know someone is violating your rights as in this situation. You can stroll to the bottom of any Ebay page and click the Help link and type in the search engine on the top of that page to the detail of your concern.

3. IS THERE WAYS YOU CAN AVOID THIS IN THE FUTURE?

Yes, you can use a trademark of some kind:  Like a certain cloth everytime you take pictures, a constant background that nobody has that will make someone leary of using your picture. I seen people use name on pictures or paper, but i wouldn't suggest that.

4. CAN A SELLER LOSE RIGHTS?

Yes, If convicted of copyright infringement a SELLERS can result in serious disciplinary action. Due to Ebay you can lose seller's rights and have user accounts suspended. EBAY HAS EVERY TRANSACTION RECORD AS A SELLER ON EBAY, THIS GOES PASS THE LAW OF EBAY, EBAY IS FOLLOW THE RULES OF THE INTERNET MARKET POLICES.
