Recently, the Humane Society of the US has included on their website information that may be of concern to many ebayers

wishing to purchase faux or fake fur.  

Listed are 12 retailers who have mislead consumers to believe that the furs they were purchasing were faux (or as some

believe to be cruelty-free).  These coats and jackets however were real.  Many people choose imitation rather than authentic

furs because of moral and ethical reasons - some also because of allergies.  These people, whether concerned for their own health

or  motivated by compassion were buying dog raccoon hides. 

Yes, the cute guys with masks on their faces.

And rabbit skin.  Yes, the fluffy ones with big ears.

Beware..... just because it says fake or man-made it may be real animal flesh after all.....
