The Iriver H10, is an excellent Mp3/multimedia player. It has muliple functionalities. It is a very inexpensive mini player, with a big attitude. It comes in 4 different distinctinve colors, so there is one to fit your personality. It comes in Red/silver, Blue/black, Charcol/black, Platinum/silver. They also come in a 5gb, 6gb, and 20gb storage capacities. The 5gb and 6gb both come in the same size, and are approximately a few milimeters smaller than the ipod mini, and we've all seen them. The 20gb on the other hand is much heftier, but has enough space to hold as much songs as you can imagine, but the size is definately the down side, it is about 2in deep, and 6in tall X 4in wide. Thats much bigger than the 5gb and 6gb, which are only 3.5in. tall X 2.5in wide, and 1/2 in deep. Besides the fact, all the storage capacities boast the same features. They have ofcorse the ability to store music, holds photos, has fm radio, and features a bunch of settings for you to tweak with, and set to your liking. First, the types of music formats it stores is unbelieveable, it stores almost any format out there, and features the "Plays for sure" logo, which means that almost any music you have on you windows computer, will work on this. Putting music on this player is amazingly simple. There are many different ways to do it, but i will go over the two main ways. The first way is to use the software that comes with the player, which is surprisingly user friendly, and simple. The next way is to use Windows media player's sync feature, which allows you to sync you tracks to the H10, with just a push of a button. The next feature is the photo capability. This player can hold more photos than you can possibly think of, over thousands. The picture quality is very good, and the colors are bold, bright, and vibrant. The other feature is the FM radio. This feature is surprisingly good, becuase most other mp3 player that feature FM radio, have horrable reception. With the H10's FM radio, it has great reception, same reception you get in your car, with crisp, clear sound, even in my basement! The last feature is the many setting you can play around with. The one main one i am going to talk about is the SRS WOW sound setting. This allows you to cusomize your sound quality, and it is AMAZING! This adds extra bass, without comprimizing the clarity. By far,i think this mp3 player has the best sound quality out there. One more thing this player has going for it, is its amazing durability, the screen is super strong, it has anti g-shock protection, which protects the hard disk if you drop it, nice strong aluminum shell, this does not have that mirror like hte ipods, that you have to keep clean, you can get this think covered in fingerprints, and not even notice a single one. Basically, if i were going to choose an mp3 player, which as style, and great sound quality, i would choose this one. Only down side, is that it does not have the video capability, but if you do not need video, this is definately for you, and with many people selling them on ebay, you can find one yourself for under $150, even less! I give this mp3 player an 8.5 out of 10.
