Many of the same rules apply when doing your autograph collecting overseas.   There is a couple of ways to handle postage.  The first way is to buy stamps online from the country's post office.  The other way is to include a dollar bill or an international Reply Coupon which can be purchased at your local post office.  The person your sending it to then takes it that to their local post office and exchanges it for postage of their country.
