Watch out for a guy in Indiana. He's selling bikes of which he is not the lawfully titled owner, demands cash other than the certified check in the auction. He won't tell you who the owner is and the auction does not disclose he is not the titled owner. When you back out of the transaction, he leaves a negative juvenile feedback like:  "Bid $850.00, only had $7.00 BAD, BAD EBAYER."

This guy leaves this kind of feedback for anyone not stupid enough to be conned Into a title flip. No notary stamp is required on  Indiana titles, so god knows who's signature is on the title or if its a stolen bike. WATCH OUT!
