Instructional videos are a great way to save you and your family save the time and money involved in taking special lessons.  You'll also save a little gasoline involved  going back and forth to those lessons.

Even if instruction videos are used as a supplement to traditional school, class, or sports team,  videos can still be a good advantage.

Consider entering your particular field of interest  such as "instructional" +"vhs"  or "instructional dvd" or "Instruction DVD"  in the eBay search box and you can find lots of dvd's, books and tapes that teach you how to play sports better, play a musical instrument, and a host of other specific arts and interests.

Sports instruction for children is very polular now.

Many parents want to help their children achieve great success on a little league sports team.

If you enter "football", "baseball", basketball",  or "soccer" +"dvd " or "vhs" you can find fantastic instructional media items for youngsters to watch and learn from professional coaches and sports stars.

What's even better is that kids can view the techniques and lessons over and over in the privacy of their own home!

Other popular instructional search words include "art", "painting", "gardening", "home", and "plants".

You might even be more specific in your searches with  "woodworking" +"patio", porch", "bricks",christian", electrical," or "sunday school".

Also, typing simple, single, non-plural forms of words can help you find what's out there on eBay much better. If you were to type in "How to Lay Walkway Brinks" you may get a wide variety of listings with "walkways" and "how's" than just entering "bricks"+"vhs","dvd" or "book".

You may also want to avoid the inclination to type plurals in the media format you select.  I know it's tempting to think "I am looking for books on how to teach, so I'll type "Books" +"Teaching".  What you might get is called "lot sales" where a seller is selling a dozen or so books as a bundle that are loosely to teaching a viariety of subjects.

However, if you were type in "Teaching"+"Book",with book in the singular form, you might find all the single books that are being sold individually that involve the subject of "teaching".

If I wanted to teach a child about how to play soccer, I might enter the words "teach", "soccer", "kids", "children" + "dvd"  (DVD IN THE SINGULAR) so I do not get a BULK SALE OF DVDS AS A PLURAL on teachning children algebra, water skiing, baseball, ping-pong and crayon painting".
