INB ( International Numismatics Bureau ) is a fellow ( with questionable eyesight ) up in Minnesota who grades his own coins according to his own solitary opinion. I know because I spoke with him two days ago by phone and he admitted such. He is not bonded or insured. He is not a corporation. He seemed quite puzzelled as to how I got his phone number but I never told him. And when I asked what "Certified" meant on his label he replied, "Not much!" I too purchased a lot of unseen coins for about a hundred and fifty dollars and when I opened the box there was no invoice and boy was I disappointed with what I got! Common coins in a Coinworld holder with a lazerjet printed label that read,"INB Certified." A set of proofs had a quarter in it that was a different year from the other coins in the slab and was mislabeled as well! All of the coins were modern clad coins except for a 1955 silver dime that was graded ms70! Whooo Hooo!! It might go as a ms65- MAYBE! My full refund including 45.00 dollars for shipping is on the way back home. Buyers beware!!
