ID Theft, fraud can ruin someone!

In April 2007 I received a letter that I was victim of TJX Breach. After that, over $200,000.00 was charged on credit cards, cards were opened, my credit score went from 800+ to 517, and the crazy thing was, I was paying on fraud to keep my credit score decent. I feel as if I am an expert on the problem and if someone needs help, I can tell you what to do, where to go, and how NOTHING works. It is a shame that if you are a victim of ID Theft/fraud, it is on you to prove your innocence, and even after getting a police report, ID Theft report, contacting the FTC, Postal Inspector, getting a 7 year fraud alert put on your credit reports, guess what, NOTHING WORKS!! But, they key is never give up, make sure the bank closes any credit card that could have been hit, and follow up on this. I have found what these credit card companies do like Bank of America and Amex is give you a new number, and roll the fraud balances onto the new number, The biggest mistake I made was to return items that came to my curbside mailbox. I did that after no resolution from the company where the crap came from. Then, I hate to say this but fraud investigators and executive customer relations people don't care about you. Not only that, why are people who work in banks bonded? They are not all honest. In my situation, after day after day of calls, my fraud investigator denied my claim. Then all of a sudden, balance transfer checks were sent from an account I never intended on ever using. The fact it went into accts. with my name I benefited. No, I didn't.  They paid Victorias Secret about $500.00 while VSC had a zero balance prior to this. The scenario, someone in the bank put 500.00+ into my Victorias Secret Charge. Since it was 0 balance, they received check and I have credit balance. This person goes in to VSC & purchases whatever. I know I have a zero balance, BUT, there is a signature purchase, or they requested a credit from the bank that provides branding to VSC. Then a check is sent. My balance goes up to 500.00, and it is not set up on bill pay because there is no balance. Then the credit card, collection, debt collectors begin to call. But I am NOT giving up and according to Cornell School of Law, if an unauthorized balance transfer or payment is made without your authorization, the bank is responsible. I have found out how the feds are in the banks pockets, after all, they can afford the best lobbyists. Ken Lewis's employees (CEO of Bank of America) say he has ice water in his veins. He also received over 4 million dollars as a bonus in 2007. That is just a little perk since he still received his salary. Amanda Adams, Ken Lewis executive ass't, responded to a complaint I filed with the Comptroller of the Currency with unreal inaccurate information. If anyone needs help, there are so many people who aren't paid by the government. I hope Ebay allows me to post this because this situation hurts many sellers and Bank of America have to be stopped. I can share my knowledge with other victims and there isn't a larger audience that I can think of! Ebay has power in numbers.
