T43 T43P cannot use large Harddisk?

(2)using T43 BIOS 1.02（1YET39WW）. Please see About Me on ebay to find the links.

(2) Using the following harddisks

Seagate ST9120821A (120GB/5400rpm)
Seagate ST910021A (100GB/7200rpm)
FUJITSU MHV2100AH (100GB/5400rpm)
