Hi how are you doing ebayers? I just saw some of the articles that was posted up on ebay and I notice that this would help you to not to get scammed. Well first of all, I purchased my motorcycle 2001 suzuki GSXR 600 through craiglist.com and they sell bunch of motorcycle parts and etcs and automobile and you name it. Well I saw the post saying they were selling SUZUKI GSXR for 3800 with all the proper gear and the lock. So I said Why not? and I contacted him and told him that i had money and everything. He did say that he didn't have the title YET but He will be deliverying to me as fast as he could. Well I only gave him half of the money.. And I was going to wait until he brings me the title. But he didn't. After that I got pissed off so I called him and told him to bring the motorcycle back but he said he spent the money so he will bring his SUV as a colletral damage. I said okay and I checked his car through carfax and it came out clean. After that I could not contact with him.
Later on I found out that the car wasn't even his, it was somebody elses that was parked on the gas station. The owner was so stupid and left her car there for months, because the car was not worth of fixing it. So i reported through the police and they impound the car, and i ended up giving away my money with nothing. So please no matter how good the deal is, make sure you get the title of the motorcycle..
Until the day i catch him, Wish me luck!
