Yes, LA Weightloss is expensive!  However, I did lose 60 lbs on the program.  They teach you how to eat real (not packaged) foods and I incorporated my own exercise routine.  They do tell you at LA Weightloss not to lift weights.  I'm sure that is because muscle weights more than fat, and their business is what you see on the scale.  But I did lift weights because just about every artilce says that it helps burn fat.  It definitely toned my body!  I would definitely suggest this program, but also incorporate low-weights into your exercise routine.  I lost weight when I didn't work out, so you can do this program without exercise.  However, the weight seemed to melt off so much faster with exercise.

Their staff could stand to be more professional and needs more training, but overall I would recommend the program.
