Paypal "3rd party authenticity letters"? Where do I get one?!

I wish it weren't so, but if you're reading this, there's probably a good chance you have already been taken for a ride.  Some of us know the story all too well.  You bought a nasty disgusting counterfeit pair of jeans, shoes, a handbag, sunglasses, whatever designer item you were looking for this is not it! 

You've done all the right things.... asked the seller for a refund, filed a Paypal dispute, and now you are stuck because Paypal has asked you for.... the notorious 3rd party letter of authenticity to prove your case.  Well that sounds easy enough, right?  Any of you who have tried know just how wrong that is.  Walk into any major department store, retail store for the brand, and sure they might tell you verbally it is fake, but NO ONE is willing to put it on paper for you!  Paypal knows this too, and wants to make it as hard as possible for you to get your money back!
