Well most of us by now have either been scammed, almost scammed or have heard about scams.
Yes i am a victim of a scam and i thought i would never be caught in a scam. The only reason i was is due to the authenticity of the "Pages" Ebay documents like the "Congratulatios- Ebay Transaction Conformation" number And the stolen Ebay "Item" numbers that should be under "lock and key" LOL. Along with other 'Secure" information that is very vital to our livelyhoods. I will not get into that, but we all know what they are? Yes i was scammed, yes i paid outside of "Paypal" but should that make it ok for Ebay not to be accountable for "SCAMMERS" and "HACKERS" that continully "BREACH" their security and obtain our private information and minipulate their system by hackers and say "Well Sorry You did'nt Use Paypal So You Are Not Coverd". Im horrorably sorry but i just can't agree with a unresponsible answer like that! And i don't think the Federal Trade Commission will either!
Ebay knows that it is responsible for the breach in their security and would have to pay back "All" of it's victims for their losses! Thus this might cause a "Bankruptcy" claim on Ebay's part, not to mention what that might do to the share and stock holders, we might even be looking at an other "Enron"?
All in all, Ebay should stand up and be accountable in the situation at hand, but they know what it's going to cost them?
Do we see a "Class Action Suit" filed? We shall see?
