ICG : 5 star grading service

It is time everyone learned more about one of the TOP coin grading services in the business.

Making up the Team of I.C.G. graders is Keith Love, CEO and senior grader,
He attended the University of Colorado where he received
a degree in finance and marketing. He has worked as a professional coin grader
and managed his own successful wholesale coin business.
Keith founded ICG in 1998 with J.P. Martin, Walt Armitage and CFO Brett Williams.
In addition, Keith has taught Advanced Grading classes for the ANA, a class he helped developed.
The ANA has called Keith "a renowned expert".  As ICG's top executive, Keith has many responsibilities, but still spends much of this time in the ICG Grading Room.

Next up is,   J.P.Martin.Senior Numismatist

J.P. started collecting coins when he was eight years old and has been involved
in the coin industry since the early 1980's, starting as the manager of a coin shop near Chicago.
A graduate of the University of Illinois, J.P. worked at the American Numismatic Association (ANA) as a grader,
authenticator and numismatist for nearly 15 years. He was the founder of ANA's Authentication Bureau (ANAAB)
and is a charter member and mentor for ANA's Numismatic Diploma Program.
He has written two best-selling correspondence courses for the ANA,
Grading Mint State U.S. Coins and Detecting Counterfeit
and Altered Coins. He has written and starred in two popular educational videos for the ANA on the same subjects.
He teaches counterfeit detection to Secret Service agents. No one has taught more people how to grade and
authenticate coins than J.P. - no one.  J.P's ability to authenticate classic U.S.
and ancient coins makes him a numismatic anomaly.

 Michael Fahey
Senior Numismatist

Michael, before joining ICG in January, 2006, spent 25 years at ANACS
and has been a grader at a third-party service longer than anyone in history.
Michael is a columnist for Coin World, has written for The Numismatist,
and has authored ANA Counterfeit Detection reports.
He is a true numismatic genius and is recognized as one of the most respected in the industry.
Michael rejoins J.P. Martin as the two worked together for years at ANACS in Colorado Springs.

 Walt Armitage
 Senior Grader

Walt began his coin career in the early 1980's with a major coin firm.
He was a PCGS grader for nearly 4 years, examining thousands of coins each week.
He has also managed his own successful rare coin firm. Prior to joining ICG,
Walt consulted to a major coin grading service. His areas of expertise include US,
Canadian and world coins and he was instrumental in setting up and directing another grading services'
world coin grading program. Walt holds an undergraduate degree from
the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a graduate degree from Cal State, Sacramento.

  Larry Wilson
  Grader

Larry has more than 30 years experience in the rare coin industry.
Working as a rare coin wholesaler, Larry has become one of the most educated numismatists in the country.
Specializing in U.S. Type and Gold, Larry has served as a mentor to many of today’s successful coin dealers.
In addition to his grading responsibilities, he manages many of ICG's internal operations.

Jim Davis
Grader

Jim started collecting coins in 1970 and soon figured out he had a true knack for the hobby
and started buying and selling coins for profit. He is an ANA Life Member and took his first classes
on grading and authenticating coins at the ANA in the early Eighties.
He is the founder of the South Bay Coin Club
and before joining ICG was the owner of four coin shops in Southern California.
Davis enjoys error coins and is an expert in all U.S. coins

The list goes on, with to many to continue.
