Whether you are printing your grandchildren's pictures to hang on the wall or printing a business

brochure there is a paper made by Hewlett Packard (HP) just for your project!

When starting any project think of the different things you need the paper to do.

Does it need to be folded? Does it need to have a certain thickness for carrying in a wallet?

Is it a flyer, a folded brochure, or something thin to be sent in the mail? You need HP Everyday semi-gloss, matte, soft gloss or glossy paper. This paper was also formerly called HP Brochure & Flyer paper and some of it still is. Everyday Photo paper (two-sided) is the same as HP Brochure & Flyer paper. It comes in a wide variety of thicknesses from 36 lb. to 52 lbs. depending on your needs. The 52 lb matte brochure paper has the exact feel and look of card stock where the 48 lb tri-fold brochure paper is pre-scored for easy folding. No matter what your need there is an HP paper for it!

I have tried many other types of Photo paper and Hp definitely works best with HP printers and ink. I'm quite happy with all the HP paper I have tried and currently use as well as sell.

For those homemade calendar projects as well as other homemade items you'll want the HP Project and Photo Paper, the Hp Brochure & Flyer Paper (also called Everyday (two-sided), or that type paper. The greeting card paper is also nice for homemade greeting cards printed with your own pictures from home. These are a big hit for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas cards and more. I often take pictures at our Christmas Get togethers of individual families and print their group photo on their Christmas Cards (to them). This is a huge hit in our family every year.

Now for those quality photos that you are going to carry around in your wallet or hang on the wall you will definitely be looking at the HP Premium Photo Paper and the HP Premium Plus Photo Paper (Hp's best paper). These two are 10 mil and 11.5 mil thickness instead of listed as lb. (pound) they are listed in mil thicknesses. The 10 mil being slightly thinner than the 11.5 mil. I like the 10 mil HP Premium Photo Paper for framing purposes. It also has the special HP coating on the back if you are going to stack them together, so they don't stick to each other (before printing). I use the HP Premium Photo paper for the pictures of grandchildren and scenery I have hanging on the wall. I mostly sell the glossy of this paper but occasionally have had some soft gloss and matte that was very popular as well.

HP Premium Plus Photo paper comes in many different finishes including Matte, Soft Gloss, and Glossy. The HP Premium Plus Glossy Photo paper has been my number one seller since I started selling the photo paper. It's by far the best quality and thickness (at 11.5 mil) and the highest quality I've found. I'm extremely happy with this paper for all photo purposes. I just occasionally don't need that much thickness and use the premium instead.

Still not sure what HP paper will be best for your project? Check out my other policies and guides!

I hope this helps your decisions on the best HP Photo Paper for your projects!
