There seem to be a class of people who think it is okay to produce copies of CDs and sell them to you as if they were new. If you call them on it - they will refund your money - but keep doing business.
This activity is illegal and should be reported to ebay, paypal (if used and they will get you a refund) and also to the RIAA - who will pursue legal action.

They have an 800 number to call if you want to report someone. 1 800 BAD BEAT.
E-bay needs to be a marketplace where people can buy things with confidence that they are not cheap copies. Spending money on these do not increase the value of your collection as you can't legally even own them - let alone resell them. E-bay needs to know when this happens so they can take appropriate actions.
