On a daily basis, everyone should take 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes at night to really care for your skin.

Before I begin,  This is really important!  Always go to bed with a very clean face!  Always wash your face when you wake up!

Lets start with the eye area:  In order to maintain a youthful firmness to the delicate tissue around your eyes, always use  gentle pressure in a circular motion from top of brow move around outside of eye to inner, lower canthus.  Moisten a cotton pad with warm water and put a small amount of your make-up remover and start cleaning.  Please use a good one that has very little alcohol, oils or perfumes.

For the basic wash steps, always use a creamy base cleanser like Cetaphil to do the initial cleansing.  Use your hands and gently massage the cleanser around the face by going in gentle circular motions from mid to sides on forehead, upward on cheeks, jaws and neck, down the nose and around the mouth.   Repeat and rinse.   Please use luke warm to cool water temperature.  Hot water will dry you out!!!   Once the dirt and make up are off,  you can begin using a treatment cleanser.

Thats correct!  You are not done yet!  Everyone should have one that works with their special needs.  If you have dry aged skin use one for that type,  if you have oily skin or sensitive, rosacea so on...    Deep cleansing initiates the treatment products to penetrate best.   Apply a small amount of your type of corrective cleanser and follow steps in basic cleansing.

Follow with your toner.    You need to make sure all residue is off.  Also, balancing the skin's PH is very important.  Add your toner to a cotton ball and use the upward movement or just dab on gently.   Best results will be to pat it on with your hands or just spray directly on skin with eyes closed.

Now we are ready for the real good stuff!   What problem do you have?   Lets take melasma for example... This is where you would apply a pea size amount of your cosmeceutical product with ingredients that treat that specific issue.  You would apply the treatment as directed by the maker at this time in your regime.  Either, once a day or morning and night.

You always want to protect the eye area and lip area from sun, daily conditions and so on.  Apply a prescribed eye treatment morning and evening from outer corner to inner corner  you want to gently press not pull or rub!  Do the same with a lip protected.

Hydration and sun protection:   Moisture is very important even if you think you are oily!  This is essential people!!!  When you keep your skin properly hydrated,  you are protecting against environmental aggressions. Also if you moisturize, your body will not need to make so much oil.  First apply your moisturizer then a good sunscreen.  Do this in the morning at this step.    At night, only use the moisturizer.

OK,   This one always gets me!  I am so tired of people saying...I do not go in the sun  so,  I do not need sunscreen.  Are You Kidding Me?    Do you not walk outside?  Do you not drive in a car?  Even if the sun hits your face for just a second, you are in the sun!!!   Always put the sunscreen on!!!   Those spots you think are age spots or freckles, guess what they actually are?   Pre cancerous macules.    A Dermatologist would call them   AK's   or Solar Lentigo

I used to  assist a MOHS Surgeon and trust me!  You do not want to have cancer surgery on your face!!!  Please use proper precautions to take care of yourself today!   You are only born with one body.  The skin is the first line of defense you have.  So,  why not take care of it?
