A couple of months ago my husband and I were cleaning out our daughter's closet which brought back some great memories of her days in the little boutique dresses. Many were flowery, many had bows, some had hats, some had gloves, many were for the summer some for the fall! Anyway it brought back so many good mememories. With the 2 boys that followed there was never a need for them to be worn again.

This then led us to the toddlers section of some of the big mall stores where we were amazed at the prices that some of the designer outfits were demanding. No where in our small town were there any boutique stores selling such items at reasonable costs. The big department stores seemed to have control and by the look of the 'shoppers' people were paying the prices!

This led by husband to have an idea, and when he has an idea he see's it through to the successful completion! The following day BoboandJoJo's was born. The name comes from our son's teddy bear blankets that go everywhere with him. BoBoandJoJo's and many other outlets on ebay market designer girls boutique clothing at well below retail prices. There is no need as far as we can see to pay these huge highly inflated store prices. Use Ebay but make sure you know what you are buying!

1. Check the Feedback and Reputation of the Seller. See what previous buyers are saying which will assist you.

2. Check the Shipping prices and the methods that the seller ships. e.g. the product might be cheap but that may be compensated by high shipping. Negotiate with the seller, if the shipping is high due to 2-3 day delivery discuss the options with them if you want lower shipping costs and you are prepared to wait a bit longer for your goods to arrive. Good sellers will negotiate.

3. Look at buyers comments on Shipping, Communication, Item as Described - how many stars out of 5 are they getting?

4. Ask for information on the products e.g. ensure that there are no defects, no marks if they are shelf pulls, they have tags still attached to prove they are brand new.

5. Compare with other sellers offering similar products  - how does the pricing compare, how does the feedback compare, how does the communication compare?

6. What is the return policy? Will the seller offer money back guarantee?

7. How quickly does the seller return your question? How much do they care for you as a valued customer?
