Use a sunscreen with a SPF of 15 or higher before any exposure to the sun. Cover up by choosing clothing that protects as much skin as possible. Wear a wide-brimmed hat. Limit sun exposure. Stay out of the sun between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. when the UV rays are strongest. Protect your eyes and skin surrounding eyes by wearing sunglasses that block UV rays. Drinking sufficient amounts of water before, during and after exposure to sun is the most effective way to moisturize your skin. The more moisture inside our skin, the better it will look. Remember, 62% of all women apply a moisturizer to the face but forget that all skin of the body ages and wrinkles.
