Hello everyone! If you are planning on selling ANY kind of "firearm related" items, parts, or accessories on ebay, then this is the Guide For You! It will help you please the ebay demigods!
1) Never mention any kind of "Assault Weapon" name in the auction.
2) Never show a photo of any "Assault Weapon" in the auction.
3) Do not offer for sale any "firearm related part/accessory" to ebay members that are OUTSIDE of the USA. That means you better not click the worldwide shipping box or ebay will close your auction and suspend your account without warning.
Definition of "Assault Weapon"....hmmmm.... ebay really does not give you any complete list of "Assault Weapons", they do not even go by the California list of "Assault Weapons", because there are "Assault Weapon LIKE" firearms that are now allowed for sale in California that are still basically the same firearm as the "Assault Weapon" that is banned. But ebay will not recognize this fact. Go figure! Ebay is very "anti-gun". They do not know anything about firearms or US laws thereof, and you CAN NOT teach them either. They do not care. When it comes to selling any kind of "Assault Weapon" firearms part on ebay, even though that is perfectly USA LEGAL, forget about it, it is not "ebay legal". Their biased personal views have and do interfear with freedom of business in the USA on their site, ebay. If you do not comply with their absurd rules and policies, they will hassle you by closing your auctions and suspending your account.
Your best bet is to sell your firearms related items on GunBroker.com and to join a growing group of "firearms friendly" ebay members in a Class Action Suit against ebay. Good luck with ebay and the ebay police.
