If you dont want extension chain and want that perfect fit , Simply Add 3 to 4 inches from the waist navel area for a perfect non adjustable Chain .

Anklets chain and thinner , take the rope and put it on your ankle below the bone. It is important to measure below the bone if you do not want your anklet to bother you when you walk. This allows enough movement when walking and prevents popping of your ankle chain.
If you prefer your ankle above the bone area make sure you measure exactly the size you need, Always leave room to move .
Cuff anklets and thick anklets should be measured above the bone area .
