I always have the trouble of spending to much money on eBay, or if I have a limited time I look for the things that are ending soonest without mainly watching the cost. My cure for this is to start checking on items when you first think about if you might like to buy them. Ebay is always a guarantee of finding an item even if its only ten dollars less. Next is to start when the bid is the lowest. Even if the price might go up, get your bid in early so you might have a chance. Finally look for items that are closing at the moment you log on. Chances are there will usually be an item you are interested in. Lately I've been doing my Christmas shopping on eBay. I have been buying Mary Kay makeup products, and over all I've already saved over one hundred dollars by just using eBay. Of course I've been checking to make sure they are new in the boxes and have never been used, but just for me to know that I've saved that much money when i would have spent double that already on products makes me feel good about my purchases.
So my advice to anyone even brand new ebayers is to take a chance, and if you are weary of the seller contact them and ask them questions they don't bite and most sellers are thrilled to even have an alert in their inbox.
Happy Shopping.
