BEFORE you list any Adobe software on ebay, you NEED to do the following, otherwise your listings WILL get flagged either by the SIIA or BSA.
Step 1: Take a clear picture of the BOX
Step 2: Take a clear picture of the UPC number on the bottom of the box.
Step 3: Email these two pictures to "piracy@adobe.com" (if it's been opened and/or deactivated, include the serial number in the email). Tell Adobe you are going to list the following Adobe software and for them to email the SIIA and the BSA (have Adobe CC you in the e-mail too) and tell the SIIA and BSA not to flag it. Also say in this email, that you'd like the SIIA and BSA to email you saying that they got the email from Adobe and they will not flag the auction with the software in question. (example email below)
Step 4: Wait for the emails, THEN you can list it.
Again, if you don't do this, the SIIA or the BSA *will* flag your auction, you may get kicked off ebay (via vero) and deal with MONTHS of hassles, be proactive and save yourself a lot of time and a lot of headaches.
It took me 3 months of hassles dealing with the BSA and the SIIA and ADOBE and e-Bay because I didn't do this. They will flag any auction that is not approved by Adobe first because of all the pirated software on ebay. But if you know you got it from legitimate sources, you'll be fine if you follow this guideline.

Adobe: I am wanting to list this Adobe software, it is new in shrink wrap. I have included a picture of the box and bottom UPS. Please verify it's authenticity and then email to the SIIA (rpercelle@siia.net) and the BSA (bsa-auction-abuse@bsa.org) telling them not to flag it.
thank you,
