If you  install seatcovers on a bucket seat on a vechile  with the seatbelt shoulder strap attached to the upper seatback on the side. You have to remove the shoulder strap bracket....slide the seatcover over the seat...and then reattach the bracket. I also removed the cover on the bottom of the seat...where the seat position controls are located....tucked the seat cover in....and then reinstalled the cover. It wasn't difficult at all.This may not have to be done with all vechiles. Any place that I removed a bracket or a cover...I just felt for the place that the screw would go back in .....made a little slit...and reinstalled the screw. This will not work on a bench seat or a bucket seat that has an armrest attached to the seat.
