How to install a lightkit

These instructions show how to install a lightkit. We've used an artstone lightable as an example. The lightkits and a variety of Art Stones are sold in our ebay store.

). This is how the lightkit looks when it arrives from us. (pictured below)

). Remove the rubber washers and screw tips from the rod (pictured above)

). Should end up with 5 loose pieces. (see below)

). Insert rod in hole in base. (pictured above)

). Insert rubber washer over rod on bottom portion of base (pictured below)

). Insert rubber washer over rod on top portion of base (pictured above)

). Insert screw tip on bottom of base over rode with rubber washer (pictured below)

). Insert screw tip on top of base over rod with rubber washer (pictured above)

). Now get out the electrical cord, and insert both wieres through the hole in the side (which will be the back of the base you're applying the lightkit to) (pictured below)

). Bring wires through and insert them in the hole in the bottom of the base. (pictured above)

). Extend the wires through the top section of the base. (pictured below)

). Pull wire through to give you enough room to put the socket on. (pictured above)

). Position wires so that one goes around the silver screw, and the other goes around the gold screw. (pictured below)

). Remove cardboard covering, so you can access the screws more easily. (pictured below)

). Screw clockwise to tighten the screw, and make sure the wire is wrapped from left to right (pictured above)

). I use a butter knife to tighten the screws, but this is not what butter knives are designed for. lol ;) (pictured below)

). Remember to wrap wire around the top, in the direction of left to right. (pictured above)

). Put cardboard covering back on, and screw socket on to top of rod (turning cord as you tighten) (pictured below)

FINISHED PRODUCT!!!!!! - Now, just screw in the bulb and you're ready to go.
