• Are your address confirmed by Paypal ?(for UK and Canada)
• Are you verified by Paypal.

Your paypal account is for your payment.after you buy  item from ebay.After I receive your payment, I will do payment security check. If your address is confirmed by Paypal, I will ship  this item as soon as possible if it is avaiable.  If you are verified by Paypal only , it may spent half day to do further check.Otherwise , Shipping item may be delay.Normally , I will sent message to buyer and ask  him/her verified by Paypal.

For PO Box, Give me your telephone number

Some buyers have only PO Box . Please tell me your telephone number  by ebay message because USPS need it when I ship this item.
