This guide is a guide for all HDTV owners out there to give what your HDTV is Hungry for: HD Pictures.
Here are some steps to get the most of the experience:
1. Do not stick with the old Antennas, they won't have the best pictures and limit the channel selection.
2. Ask your cable provider for a HD top box. The Box is usually free and service costs about $8.99 a month for HD Channels like: ABC HD, NBC HD, ESPN HD and more.
3.Make sure the cable guy sets up the box with 5 cables or a HDMI cable. If the cable is the 3 colored composite cable that is the wrong cable.
4. If you like to watch locals like ABC, say on channel 7 on a regular box the HD channel is usually on channel 700's.
5, If you have the next gen gaming systems make sure to buy component or HDMI cable to connect to your TV.
It is included with the Premium XBOX 360, but not with the PlayStation 3 or Nintendo Wii.
I hope this guide gets the most of your HD.
