Supplies:

• Flat Iron
• Hair ties
• Salt water

First, you’ll want to make a salt water mixture and put it in a spray bottle. A little iffy on making the stuff? They have products at beauty stores that emulate the salt water texture. Just pick it up at your local beauty store.

Spritz the salt water mixture throughout your hair lightly. Then, depending on how big you want your waves, section your hair off into different parts throughout your hair.  These sections will become braids that you’ll want to tie off with your hair bands.  Take your flat iron and run it over a braid at a time slowly. Be sure that your hair isn’t wet from the salt water. It should be only slightly moist and mostly within the strands of the braid so as to avoid damage to the hair cuticle.Once you’re done flat ironing all the braids, take off the hair bands and voila! You’ve got a nice crimp wave throughout your hair. Now you’re ready for summer!
