Finding a great deal on Radio Control cars and accessories on Ebay is easy! There are a few things to remember and look for when shopping for RC cars and parts.

First of all, how much are you willing to spend? A general rule of thumb for used cars, trucks, and parts is that once the item has been used or run, the seller can only expect to get about half of each item's cost. this means that if you paid $200 dollars for a new RTR truck, and you have taken it out of the box and driven it, you can only expect to get about $100-$125 for it.  The same holds true for new engines, tires, etc.

New stuff, however, can be rightfully sold or auctioned for retail, or close to retail prices. Most importantly, the item's worth or value depends on what you are willing to pay. Patience seems to pay off well on ebay.  If you don't find it right now, wait a day or two, and search again.  You can sometimes find a better deal, by waiting.

Secondly, know what it is you want. This means that if you are looking to buy a new nitro monster truck, do the research and know the features and prices of the items you want to get., how much extra gear you will need, and where you can get replacement parts and hop-ups.

Thirdly, remember to shop around, shop around, shop around!  Many ebay sellers know that they are selling stuff that other sellers also offer, so some will offer a better price, or lower shipping costs. the point is to not rush right out and buy the first thing you look at.

Finally, don't be afraid to ask a seller a question. If you want to know something, ask! If a seller won't respond, or the response is vague or misleading, then find another seller. That's the great thing about ebay. There are always other sellers wanting your business! So shop around and ask! And remember, it's only worth it, if you are willing to pay it!

Thank you. Good luck and happy bidding!
