How to make a GREAT purchase!!!

I cannot stress out the most important thing to do before making a purchase is to make sure you READ the ENTIRE listing.   Read the item description, condition, shipping, and payment terms.    Make sure you understand Excactly what it is you are purchasing.     That enough should make sure you are happy with your purchase but here are some steps to follow to make sure you will be satisfied:

• READ the ENTIRE listing everything, from top to bottom!
• Make sure you can meet the sellers terms (If you live in Bulgaria don't make a purchase where the seller only ships within the United States unless you are wanting it shipped within the United States).
• CHECK FEEDBACK! Don't just look at the percentage, actually go back and read the comments, if there are any negs find them and by the information you can see if the seller is someone you can trust to do buisness with.
• Always check the seller's other listings, you may find something else you might like and in most cases can combine shipping costs.
• ASK BEFORE YOU BID!!!  If you have any questions please don't be afraid to ask.  If you are unsure of shipping costs check with the seller before you bid.
• DO NOT BID MORE THAN YOU CAN AFFORD TO SPEND
• Pay As Soon as Possible:   Your seller needs to know you plan to complete your purchase. Contact the seller and make payment arrangements as soon as possible (hopefully within 24 hours of auction ending).  
• Check EBAY's My Messages!   Many emails get filtered or there may be something incorrect in an email address, always contact sellers through Ebay and check your Ebay Messages if you have not heard back.
• If there is a problem, contact the seller, don't jump to leave neg feedback, most sellers will work with you to make you happy.  
• LEAVE ACCURATE FACTUAL FEEDBACK!   Do not jump to conclusions or leave emotional feedback, just the facts are the most influential feedbacks. 
• Buy again, if you have a GREAT Transaction, check that seller's items regularly and be a loyal purchaser.
• HAVE FUN, BE SMART, BE SAFE, BE HONEST!!!
