Other ebay sellers have noted my success selling Pokemon on E-Bay and are selling
similar auctions, yet many of them are selling hacked Pokemon they're
claiming as real. Here's a few pointers on how to detect fakes:
Anything shiny, level 100, and legendary is automatically fake; no exceptions. It would literally take months of constant resetting the game to get a Pokemon like this, and the game's only been out for a small amount of time. Give it a year.
Anything caught in a Master Ball that isn't legendary or a moderately leveled shiny Pokemon is FAKE, FAKE, FAKE. If you get, say, a starting Pokemon in a master ball, immediately report the buyer and demand a refund.
The biggest scam of all are the three Event Pokemon. If someone is claiming these as legit, they're fakers; period. None of the three are out yet, and are only available at events that aren't likely to happen for years.
Keep in mind that I am planning to sell custom hacked Pokemon UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME, STATING THEY'RE FAKE. Doing anything else is fraud, and all auctions selling fakes claimed as real should be reported. My Pokemon business is running out of steam, and besides a few ditto with great Individual Values, it's basically over. I just want to protect buyers who want to buy Pokemon.
