Now that you have found your must have purse how do you keep it clean?

Unfortunately, the purses aren't washable so its recommended that you spray treat them with scotch guard to make it easier for dirt and grime to come out.  Depending on what brand you use you might want to test a small spot before spraying your entire purse.  Make sure not to get the leather wet!  The leather bleeds a dark brown I found this out the hard way when I got overzealous cleaning my original print tokidoki purse :(

Never ever put it in the wash!!!!!  One buyer told me they were ever so familiar with the lesportsac brand and that they wash them all the time I told them NOOOOOOOO!  Don't do that!  This isn't your run of the mill lesportsac purse.

Several different types of cleaners work well including the magic eraser I like the heavy duty kind, sold in supermarkets and drugstores.  Make sure its a fresh eraser, I find that works the best. I also came across a cleaner called stainpen if you go to their website of the same name I am sure you can find where to buy it. It seemed to get out the super nasty stains in my tutti print that the magic eraser didn't work on as its very hard to keep whites looking white on these bags.  Gonzo works okay didnt seem to get out as much as the stain pen or the magic eraser though.

Each seach is also a little bit different when cleaning I have found too so always test an area for colorfastnes with whatever cleaning method you might be using.  For example my tutti seemed to leak black ink from the lesportsac printed border around the top by the zipper, none of my other bags seemed to do this :(  with continued cleaning I was able to get out the extra dye thankfully!

I personally wouldnt recommend too harsh a chemical on the bags as it is ripstop nylon and if you look up how to clean parachutes it says a mild detergent works best and to soak it and not scrub too hard, however since these cant be washed that makes soaking a bit of a problem so you have to sort of spot soak small areas and have a towel handy to make sure the leather doesnt get wet.

I have also tried dryel the do it yourself drycleaning solution, for this only use the solution dont actually put the bag in the dryer.  The ladies at the store recommended this to me it sometimes works on various stains.  Usually I use a towel to get the dirt out and spray the dryel solution onto the towel first.

Goodluck keeping your bag looking new!  Remember to test any treatment in a small area first :)
