If the resin is still wet spray cup with cooking spray (Pam), wipe with paper towel or better yet those blue shop type paper towels and wipe again with acetone or de-natured alcohol.  If resin has dried in cup, flex cup and peel off dried resin. For stubborn dried resin, soak cup in water with Tide detergent.
