How to buy a genuine Faraday shake flashlight ?

This guide is meant to educate the unsuspecting buyer . They'll go on ebay and win this light at rediculously low prices . To an experienced buyer this should send up a red flag but it doesn't . The buyer ,having won this cheap light ; is happy for a while . He has already left glowing feedback for the seller . After about a month the buyer realizes something is wrong . His light doesn't work no matter how much he shakes it . The mechanically inclined buyer will take the light apart to see what's wrong . This is when he discovers that his light is a fake . He discovers that the so called magnet is no magnet at all but a metal slug . The electrical induction system is just a facade . Non of the wires are connected to anything . The buyer is angry because he's been had . And on top of this he gave glowing feedback thus allowing the seller to lure more innocent customers in . Selling fake shake flashlights is a good money maker on ebay . The lights can be purchased wholesale via the net for less than $.30 each  in large lots of 150 or more . You take your purchase and list on ebay for $.75 and then charge $4.00 - $6.00 shipping . You can't loose . This has the potential to be the ultimate scam because of the time it takes before an unsuspecting buyer realizes the item is a fake . Usually when the batteries run down is when most people will realize the light is a fake .

The correct name of these fake shake flashlights is properly termed : Replica shake flashlights . It's a replica because nothing about the light is real of genuine technology . An individual selling these fakes can quickly find out the moral integrity of their character . Believe me , there are lots of sellers that have discovered  the lights are fake . Rather than let the buying community know they are purchasing a replica light they'll  word their auctions as if the light is genuine . To me it takes a certain dishonest individual to perpetrate a fraud such as these lights . If you are knowingly selling replica shake flashlights for financial gain , realize that this is temporary . Only genuine values will flourish in a free market . It's only a matter of time before these items are eliminated from the market .

The steps to actually buying a genuine shake flash light .

#1. Always get in contact with the seller and ask questions about the light . You want to see if the seller is familiar with the technology of the light . You want to purchase from a seller who's knowledgeable about what he's selling . If the seller is simplistic about this , please move on . Don't waste your time !

2. Pay attention how his auction is worded . If he claims the light is a hybrid : one that uses batteries and electro-induction coil. Move on ! A genuine magnetic shake flash light will use only a high powered neo-magnet and an electro induction coil . The device is basically a hand held human generator that's powered by horizontal shaking . This is how the original patent was issued . Anything other than this is a fake .

3. When doing a search for magnetic shake flash lights the obvious way is to type : magnetic shake flash lights , and then peruse the search results .

4. Be an informed buyer . Do the necessary research about a product you are interested in . This will keep you from being defrauded . Always learn from your mistakes .

I'll modify this guide as time permits .

You can do a search on yahoo.com for : Faraday shake lights

This will get you genuine information on the technology behind these flashlights .

If any of this information was useful let other know . Check the yes box below .
