Yes, you can use PayPal Shipping to mail just about any package, even if it's not connected to an eBay transaction!

Have you ever sold a widget on eBay's Half.com (or any other site) and wanted to have the convenience of using PayPal Shipping just like you do for your regular eBay auctions?  Have you needed to mail a package to your mother for her birthday and wished you could use PayPal Shipping with its discounted or free delivery confirmation?

Well... you can!!!

I don't know why, but PayPal seems to have buried the webpage for general (none transaction-related) shipping.  So, for your convenience, I offer you the appropriate URL below (I am assuming that since PayPal is owned by eBay, it is OK to provide this address):

You will be prompted to login to your PayPal account.  The asked to select USPS or UPS shipping.  Once you have made your selection, just follow the prompts.  The only catch to using PayPal Shipping this way is that you have to make sure you have a balance in your PayPal account to pay the postage.
