Ive been buying and selling on ebay for over 10 years now. The main problem I come across is things I buy on ebay and how poor the packaging is.

I am going to let you know how to package and ship(especially toys) when selling on ebay.

If you sell a toy like a McFarlane Figure or a Starting Line up Toy, first thing you need to get is get a BOX. You know these things are common sense but some people are just clueless.

If you want to save money on packaging material, I would recommend getting a USPS priority mail box. These things are free from the post office. You have to get the boxes which dimensions are 11" x 8 1/2" x 5 1/2".

Shipping Toys that weigh more than 13 ounces, it is best to send it priority mail because you can not send it 1st class mail. The only other option is parcel post. Which is not worth it. Might as well send it Priority Mail.

So now you are just finished with the first part of this. You cant just put the toy in the box and tape it up and ship it. Things move around and can get damaged. People buy toys in mint condition so they can keep it in the package for value.

Lay the figure flat on the bottom of the box, then you will need to get some popcorn(packaging peanuts) and fill up the box. If you do not have popcorn, then you can use a zip lock bag, make the bag fill up with air, seal it. If you only have some small zip locks, then use however many you need to fill the box. Also, you might want to use tape to seal the zip locks cuz the zipper is not good enough.

For super protection, you should use the zip lock or sealed air or bubble wrap, on the bottom and top of the toy in the box.

Its that simple.

Shipping for smaller items like baseball cards, neo pet cards, yugiyo, magic, etc...

Put the card in a top loader/card saver, tape the top of the top loader with tape so the card does not come out.

I recommend getting bubble wrap and wrap the card couple times. If you do not have a bubble envelope, i recommend getting those 5x7 yellow envelopes with the seal on them.

Always remember, it is best to make sure the product doesnt get damaged because if it does, it could cost you a negative feedback, refund, loss profit and time.

Hope this helps.

Safe bidding and selling. =)
