• made of metal and commonly affixed upon leather
• edging and "JIMMY CHOO" font in silver or gold
• the font should be precise and never thick
• see logo on JC's website, font letters should be exactly the same
• especially notice the two MM's in JIMMY
• MM's in JIMMY, the first line of each M is very thin

AUTHENTICITY TIP:  thick MM's in the word JIMMY - fake!

JIMMY CHOO INNER SNAP BUTTON & SIMILAR ZIPPER PULLS

• "JIMMY CHOO" engraved around edge
• H in "JIMMY CHOO" is always crossed high
• the engraving is very precise and clear
• some leather zipper pulls are round and should be as below

AUTHENTICITY TIP:  H in "JIMMY CHOO" crossed low like a regular H - fake!

JIMMY CHOO RAMONA, RIKI, ETC. FRONT CLOSURE

• "JIMMY CHOO" engraved upon
• H in "JIMMY CHOO" always crossed high
• screws on backside are flat head (/), never philips (X)

AUTHENTICITY TIP:  screws on backside are philips (X) - fake!

JIMMY CHOO ZIPPER

• zipper pull engraved with "JIMMY CHOO"
• H in "JIMMY CHOO" always crossed high
• when zipper is closed, down the middle is a diamond/triangle pattern

AUTHENTICITY TIP:  no diamond/triangle pattern down the middle of zipper - fake!

JIMMY CHOO DUST BAG

• "JIMMY CHOO" and underneath "LONDON"
• font embossed on dust bag is grey colored
• dust bag is lilac (light purple) color
• drawstring pull very faint lilac color and 3/4" inch thick
• see logo on JC's website, font letters should be exactly the same

AUTHENTICITY TIP:  font embossed on dust bag is black - fake! 

JIMMY CHOO AUTHENTICITY NOTES

• screws on hardware are flat head (/), never philips (X)
• the H in JIMMY CHOO should always be crossed high
• most JC bags with price tags attached to bag are fake
• majority of JC bags with plastic wrap on any part are fake
• interior lining is always moleskin; never suede, fabric, etc.
• interior trim; lilac ribbon with slight feather edge

AUTHENTICITY TIP:  suede or fabric lining - fake!
