If you've reached this page, we are truly sorry for your disappointment in the product you received and will work hard to maintain contact with you and resolve this issue in a fast and efficient manner. We understand you had high expectations and these expectations were not met...now let's go about and fix this mess so all parties are thoroughly satisfied.
YOU JUST GOT A MISREPRESENTED ITEM AND WANT TO TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE OF THE RETURN POLICY...HERE'S WHAT TO DO:
Keep in mind that the following information is for shipping made through the United States Postal Service1. Contact us with your concern, we're here to listen and have a friendly transaction
2. Do not throw away the original packaging that the item arrived in. This is what you will re-pack the item in so not to waste money on packing materials
3. Be sure to use the SAME SHIPPING LABEL...this is what you will need to avoid shipping costs
4. Repack the item in the original package...usually a little tape is all you need
*5. HERE'S THE IMPORTANT PART ABOUT RESENDING YOUR ITEM: Make sure to use the SAME SHIPPING LABEL that was on the original package. Simply cross out your address with a black marker and write above it "RETURN TO SENDER". You must then drop it off at your local post office, and it must be physically given to a postal worker. Dropping it in a collection box/mailbox may result in the disposal of the item by the post office. Go to a window, and say you did not want this item.
6. If you threw away the original package along with destroying the original shipping label...you will need to repack the item using your own packing materials or free packing supplies from the post office. Purchase a shipping service that's most cost effective. Preferably First Class. Check with the post office for options
7. You will receive a refund when the item is received...everyone is happy!
Email us if you have any questions.
*This method of reshipping is legal and cost free to you as a consumer. I researched this extensively and recieved sound advice from fellow ebay sellers. Our local consumer affairs website states that if you recieve an "unwanted" item through the mail, it's your right as a consumer to return it to the sender at the cost of the sender. If you're still weary about resending your item using this method, we encourage you to repack the item yourself...and purchasing a delivery confirmation service from the post office.
