Our Records show that you didn't purchase directly from us, and the codes that you provided are not dates codes( four letters).

out of curiosity do you mean that all four have no sound, are parried  with different phones, here are some of steps you might want to try if you didn't already, so we can make sure that your issue is being diagnosed and  solved properly.

When you begin charging your Jawbone, the LED indicator light should glow solid red. When your battery is fully charged, the LED indicator light should glow solid white.

To reset and re-pair your Jawbone, perform the steps listed below:

1. Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone.
2. Delete any existing Bluetooth profile for the Jawbone from your phone.
3. Press the Reset Button on the Jawbone for three seconds by inserting the metal end of the earloop in the Reset hole (the center charging slot on the tip of the Noise Shield Button).
4. Re-pair the Jawbone with your phone according to the instructions in your Jawbone User’s Guide.  You may download the User’s Guide from our website at http://www.jawbone.com/support_usermanual_us.php.

If this does not resolve the issue, you may want to perform a soft reset on your phone.  Please consult your owner’s manual for instructions regarding how to perform a soft reset.  Generally, this is a secure process.  You should not lose any information that you have stored on your phone.  However, it is always a good practice to back up your information in the event you inadvertently delete any contact information, photos, ringtones, etc.  (Note:  You may need to re-pair your Jawbone after you perform a soft reset on your phone.)

As you may have read, it is important to the function of the Noise Shield that the Voice Activity Sensor (the white colored peg on the underside of the Jawbone) rests on your cheek.  If the Voice Activity Sensor does not rest against your cheek, the party you are calling will not hear you properly.  (Note:  Do not press the Jawbone against your cheek, as it will diffuse the vibrations needed for it to differentiate between background noise and your speech.)

The fit of the Jawbone also plays an important role in ensuring that the Voice Activity Sensor rests naturally on your cheek.  To ensure a proper fit, please make sure you are using an earloop designed for the ear you are using to wear your Jawbone.  Each earloop is marked with "Standard" or "Long" and "L" or "R" in the rubber portion near the tip that wraps around the back of your ear.

This video has proven helpful for many of our customers: http://youtube.com/watch?v=duHGW8MZLEk

If you are having trouble being heard, the earloop can also be gently squeezed at the top of the earloop so it fits more snugly around your ear to allow for better hearing.  Please make sure when you are bending it that you are holding ONLY the earloop and not the earloop and the Jawbone.  If you have no counter pressure on the earloop and are pushing back on the actual Jawbone, you may break the ear barrel off the Jawbone.

Please let us know if either of these tips resolves your issue.
