Removing Those Wrinkles

Skin care is most important if you want to remain young looking. In this guide, I will give you some tips on how to look young and remove your wrinkles quickly.

Exfoliate
You must first exfoliate your dead skin cells off of your face--especially under your eyes. You may do this through the use of a good exfoliator (I like Connie Stevens Forever Springs Apricot Scrub). You may also remove dead skin through a peel off facial mask, but whatever you use, make sure you remove the dead skin, or any creams you use will not work.

Collagen
If you are older like I am (52) use a cream that has Collagen in it. As we age, our skin loses collagen and it must be replaced.  Connie Stevens has a Collagen Skin Quencher gel in her same Forever Springs line. Any lotion, or cream will do as long as it has collagen in it.

Preparation H with Bio Dyne
One of the best products you can use on your face in order to remove wrinkles quickly is Preparation H with BioDyne. It must have the Bio Dyne in it though. You cannot buy the Preparation H with Bio Dyne in the US, but thank goodness for Ebay, we can go to eBay Canada and purchase a big tube for a total of about $15.00 including s & h and that will last for about 6 months! The FDA banned Preparation H with Bio Dyne in the US, not because it caused problems on anyone, but because the FDA said that the company was not able to prove it's effectiveness, so the Bio Dyne was not allowed to be in it and sold in America.  Preparation H with Bio Dyne contains Shark Oil and Live Yeast Cell Derivatives. Yes, the same Live Yeast Cell Derivatives that we in the US are allowed to eat in our yogurt! Jay Leno used it once on his show and within 45 minutes his wrinkles were gone. Believe me when I say it works. I use it daily and everyone says I look like I'm in my late 30's. Apply this ointment daily under your eyes, or anywhere where you have wrinkles, or droopy skin.

Stretch Mark Cream
Try using any cream that is meant for stretch marks. Especially those that contain Cocoa Butter.  I use these creams under my foundation daily. You will see a difference within minutes if you do this.

Mud Masks
Make sure you use a mud mask if you want to firm up your face quick. Again, Baby Soft Facial Clay by Forever Springs that Connie Stevens sells is excellent. Apply the mud mask on your face for at least 1/2 hour and when you remove it, you will see a dramatic difference.

Home Made Recipe For Face Firming 
Grab a ripe banana and some Honey and mix it together. Now place it on your face for about 10 minutes. You will feel your face firming up super quick and will not be able to move it if you leave it on any longer. Did you know that movie stars place this in their bras when they want to perk up their breasts?

Powder
Never ever place powder under your eyes! You will put on an extra 10 years if you put powder under your eyes.

Alpha Hydroxy
Ouch  Be careful when using anything that contains Alpha Hydroxy! I was highly allergic to an anti-aging cream which contained Alpha Hydroxy and my eyes swelled up like you wouldn't believe! It took my eyes 4 days for the swelling to go down. I would never ever use a product that contained Alpha Hydroxy again.

Use a good cream, or lotion daily, so your skin does not dry out.

Stay out of the sun.
Don't drink alcohol.
Don't smoke and...
Don't eat meat and you will be surprised at how great your skin will look!
