Note: Systems with the lower of the two AC adapter types need to be plugged in with the power turned off to charge the battery.  If you receive an error by using the incorrect AC adapter type, this may be the reason. Higher wattage AC adapter can be replaced for laptop that came with lower wattage but lower wattage adapter will not replace laptop that came with higher wattage.

D-series docking stations require at least 90 Watt adapters.
