1). Have your kitchen inspected by the compliance authority in your state
2). You must not have pets residing inside the home.
3). Create a product that your community will want to purchase
4). Have a clean orderly kitchen
5). Have a refrigerator thermometer to register the temp
6). Have good customer service skills
7). Be willing to work hard and provide quality products to your customers

Home-Based Bakers are quickly becoming a new industry in America. The closing of many small bakery businesses has sparked an interest in the operation of home-based bakeries. What type of products do home-based bakers sell:
