How to Make Norwegian Waffles:
In a large bowl, mix 3 or 4 eggs, some flour, milk & sugar until the batter is not too thick or thin & tastes a little sweet.
Put some batter in a waffle iron, cook & serve it with butter &/or syrup, jelly or jam.
You can make a bunch of them & just reheat them later as snacks throughout the day. In Norway, they sometimes have waffles for dessert &/or serve them at tea time.
I think they are great for dinner :-)
