I am posting some tips below which can help to find a True & Legitimate wholesale dropshipper. 

If they do not meet these requirements, they may be MIDDLEMEN, not the wholesale dropshiper.Most middlemen pretend to be a wholesale dropshipper but they are actually the middlemen.

(1) SELLER'S PERMIT OR TAX ID- If the dropshipper does not accept seller's permit ( or tax id ), they may be middlemen. Only wholesalers can waive the sales tax to resellers who have valid seller's permit or tax id. Middlemen or retailers are required by Law to charge sales tax.

(2)  MEMBERSHIP FEE- If a dropshipper charges a monthly or annually membership fee, they may be middlemen.Most real dropshipers do not charge membership fee. Middlemen are in the business of making the money from membership fee.

(3) SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGE- Most real wholesale dropshippers charge the actual cost of shipping & handling , whatever the shipping carrier company charge them for shipping the products. But middlemen charge very high shipping & handling charges.

(4) RETURN ADDRESS- Real wholesale dropshippers can put your Name & Address on the Package as return address. But middlemen are never able to put your name & address on the package as return address.

If we find real wholesale dropshippers, we may profit from dropshiping. But middlemen cut the profit percentage.
