The $350 Home Gym

Equipment Needed:
- Your Body
- Workout Clothing/Quality Shoes
- A Towel
- Thick Padded Adjustable Weight Bench - $200
- A Chin-up Bar (or somewhere you can hang from to do chin-ups)
- Adjustable DB Set - $50
- Barbell w/90lbs - $50 (make sure it’s compatible with the DB set)
- Swiss Ball - $15
- Exercise Mat - $20
The $350 Home Gym offers the exact same options as the $250 home gym, but puts comfort above everything. Comfort is very important when working out, and the more expensive the weight bench, the more comfortable you’ll be while using it.
The $350 Home Gym Workout:
Mon-Weds-Fri – DB Circuit Training
DB Bench Press
DB Row
Barbell Squat
DB Curl
DB Kickback
Bench Step Up w/DB
DB Shoulder Press
DB Lunge
Swiss Ball Crunch
Barbell Calf Raise
The above workout should be done in Circuit Fashion. Start with one total circuit for the first week and slowly work your way up to 3 total circuits in the upcoming weeks.
Tue-Thu-Sat – Cardio
Run, Walk, Jump Rope, Shadow Box, etc… for at least 30 minutes each day. Work you way up to 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Home Gyms do not have to be expensive, and the effectiveness of the workout is only limited by how hard you are willing to work.
