Equipment Needed:
- Your Body
- A Chair
- Workout Clothing/Quality Shoes
- A Towel
- 2 Empty 4L Milk Jugs
- A Chin-up Bar (or somewhere you can hang from to do chin-ups)
- Extreme Dedication
The $0 Home Gym is pretty much your body and some items to help make your bodyweight a valuable training tool.
The $0 Home Gym Workout:
Mon-Weds-Fri - Callisthenics Circuit
Pushup
Milk Jug Rows
Squat
Close Grip Pushup
Towel Curl (Pull w/Left Hand, Curl w/Right)
Chair Step-up
Scap Pushup
Crunch
Shoulder Press w/Milk Jugs
Forward Lunge
Leg Raise
Calf Raise
The above workout should be done in Circuit Fashion. Start with one total circuit for the first week and slowly work your way up to 3 total circuits in the upcoming weeks.
Tue-Thu-Sat – Cardio
Run, Walk, Jump Rope, Shadow Box, etc… for at least 30 minutes each day. Work you way up to 45 minutes to 1 hour.
You can workout just about anywhere with little to no equipment and still put yourself though a gruelling workout.
