Trying to find authentic Chloe items on eBay has been a daunting challenge for most of the ebay shoppers nowadays. Especially starting from last year,  counterfeited Chloe items (mainly dresses and some handbags) are flooded everywhere. No mention to their poor quality, the counterfeited clothes are ridiculously cheap imiation based solely on runway pictures without even looking like the real one. They are mostly current season items or even next season items that were just showcased on the runway. For example, right after the Paris fashion week ended in Paris, you righ way spotted the counterfeited chloe dresses from its 2007 summer collection already being sold on eBay by Chinese criminals with registered addresses in the UK, Australia, and South Korea, even now the US. Hello! Excusez -moi! The Chloe's 2007 summer collection wil not hit the stores until next spring includeing Chloe's own flagship stores at Avenue Montaigne and at Faubourg Saint Honore in Paris! These counterfeited sellers totally have no clue! More ridiculously, they would imitate a Peter Som dress or a Pucci dress and attached with a Chloe tag and sell them as "Chloe"!

You don't need to be a rocket scientist to tell the difference between an authentic Chloe items are SO FAKE! An authentic Chloe item comes with its round paper tag, the label tag and cleaning instruction tag. The paper tag is made of highest quality thick paper inscribed beautifully with "Chloe" on it.  And the label tag always includes the following information:

• serial number with matching serial number on the paper tag

• product name with color specification written in French

• Sizing in French ranges from Sz 34 to 44. If there's equivalent US or UK sizes indicated, it's a fake! In other words, no size conversion on the tag.

• Besides the label tag, there's matrial content tag which indicates the detailed contents of the material and sometimes comes with cleaning instruction written in Japanese.

• Here are two examples of fakes: a) Chloe label tag is fake! b) the serial number is fake(Chloe serial number goes like this: starts with 06F for 06summer collection and 07H for 07 fall winter collection, c) if you see the size conversion tag like Euros 36, US2, Mex 2, it's a fake. Chloe's sizing is French sizing only.

Why it's fake? Serial number, is forged. Sizing is wrong. Product name is wrong. Cleaning instruction tag is missing.

• Authentic chloe dress's tag comes with its paper tag, label tag with matching serial number, product names, and size (all written in French not Italian). Cleaning instruction tag (sometimes written in Japanese) is also attached. The serial numbers and the product name on counterfeited Chloe items are stupidly forged. 

•  For Chloe's accessories line, like handbags, it should include Chloe round paper tag, care booklet written in three languages: French,  English and Janpanese. And there's always original Chloe velvet feeling dust bag with dark brown strings included.
