Scroll under that you will see the "Owner Tools" section like this:

Customize
Click "Customize"
(now a new page will appear)
On the top of that new page you will see a sentence that says:
Customize
Select a Style for your Blog Advanced <----this is what you are looking for!!!
Choose one of the following styles for your blog template.
Click "Advanced"
Add in the entire blog code
MAKE SURE YOU SCROLL DOWN TO THE BOTTOM OF THAT PAGE & "SAVE" & YOUR NEW BLOG WILL NOW SHOW. Enjoy!!!
