If you don't know if your address is confirmed; this is how you check:

         1. Log into PayPal,
         2. click on  Profile,
         3. then click on  STREET ADDRESS under Account Information.

At this point, you should see your address under the left hand column and under the other column  with the heading: STATUS, look for the word: CONFIRMED; if it isn't there, then your address is not confirmed.

If you have associated a credit card with your back-up funding then it should be confirmed if you live where the bills for the credit card are mailed.  You can confirm your address immediately by adding a credit card or debit card to your account with the SAME BILLING ADDRESS AS YOUR CURRENT ADDRESS!  Please do this BEFORE paying for your purchase; if you pay first then find out your address is UNCONFIRMED then your payment would have to be refunded, your address confirmed, then payment rendered again; this process takes more time than many sellers have to devote to receiving a payment.

Once your address is confirmed, then all your transactions will be protected by PayPal's guarantee.

You can read more about this at PayPal.  We strongly suggest all bidders attempt to get their address confirmed for future interactions on eBay.  Secure PayPal transactions benefit all.

Now if you just cannot get your address confirmed, say you are at school and your PayPal funding is from home, then either you add your current address to your credit card account as a ship to address or think about using a Money Order.

Options do exist for bidders with unconfirmed PayPal address is UNCONFIRMED, where the winning bidder will agree to pay for additional USPS fees to provide indisputable proof of delivery.  These options are added after printing the label and is added to the regular delivery charge.   Proof of delivery will include sending item Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation AND Certified Mail ($2.65) with Restricted Delivery($4.10- Bidder must sign for package), & Return Receipt ($2.15)-(electronic-$0.85).

Many sellers request that bidders that have a feedback of 10 or less (this number can vary according to the seller), to contact them before bidding.

For us, Bidders with unconfirmed addresses with feedback rating of more than 50 may contact us for other possible options or solutions.   This is on a case by case basis.

We, and I'm sure all sellers, appreciate your cooperation regarding payment instructions.
